I joined castle rock with a prior experience in a reputed gigantic Indian MNC, i felt castle Rock to be very very different from any normal Software company. I started to be very very productive without a manager and no allotment of work by some one else, we are using Agile!!! isn't it fantastic :-) . You get to choose what you want to work on and people here work in all the phases of the Software development from requirement analysis to implementation, The same will be discussed without considering any hierarchy, so your designation doesn't matter as long as you are a developer !, you will be involved in all aspects in the development of the application so there is no Technical architect to design the application because team will be doing it which is best as we design what we want to develop. There is no manager to allot work to you and observe your progress because a person chooses what he wants to work on and he himself will disclose the progress to the team in daily basis They don't care for dress code, amount of time we invest but they care for the quality of work done rather than the quantity Its like a Dream company for a developer whose has a Passion to Code
